I’m the owner and agent behind The Krystal Agency, with 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. I’m a lifelong native of Reidsville, Georgia, and my faith is the foundation of everything I do—both personally and professionally. I’m blessed with one son and a daughter-in-law who have given me two grandchildren: Mack (grandson) and Kamley (granddaughter) who bring so much joy and purpose to my life. Family, faith, and integrity guide my journey, and I strive to lead with honesty, gratitude, and a heart for serving others every day.

A recent 2026 graduate of Tattnall County High School, Kenzie keeps the office running smoothly. With 2 years in the insurance industry, Kenzie brings experience, joy, and helping hand to everyone. As the Office Manager, Kenzie is the glue that keeps the office together! The TKA Team is so proud to have Kenzie.

A 2021 graduate of Tattnall County Highschool, Za'Riah is excited to be a part of the TKA Team! With her associate's degree in marketing, Za'Riah brings a wide variety of experience to The Krystal Agency.
